REPORT CARDS ARE BEING EMAILED HOME ON THURSDAY, MARCH 5th

IMPORTANT-NOTICE1Parents and guardians,

On Thursday you will receive your child’s report card via email.  It is password encrypted and the password is your child’s 9 digit Personal Education Number (PEN).  For students in grades K-5, they will have a sticker in their agenda on Wednesday with this PEN.  For students in grades 6-8, they will have it written down where they choose to write it.  Please keep the PEN in a secure location as it will be used throughout their time in schools and it will be their password for this and future report cards.

MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT WILL NOT BLOCK EMAILS SENT FROM A SCHOOL DISTRICT ACCOUNT (@SD20.BC.CA).

Please note:

Microsoft email users such as Hotmail, Live and MSN accounts have very strict filters and it appears that SD20.bc.ca has been placed on a restricted email access list. You will; therefore, not be able to receive your child’s report card unless you take a minute to add @sd20.bc.ca to your ‘safe senders’ list in order to receive emails from RSSSome help may be found here:
