RSS Wants Your Thoughts … About Food!

Dear Rossland Families,

To start 2018 out, we would like to engage you in a conversation about food and food culture, and the role that these things play in our school and our community.

As part of the Healthy Schools initiative, I would like to invite you to please contribute your thoughts about how we should be thinking about food, culture, learning, and community.

We have teamed with a company named Thoughtexchange to assist us in getting input from our entire community about this process. On the morning of January 15, you will receive an invitation email from Thoughtexchange with simple instructions on how to participate in this process, which will be open through January 26.

On behalf of the students we serve, thank you for taking the time to help inform our planning and discussions on this topic. We believe that your values should be reflected in our planning on this topic, and we want to ensure that the passions, concerns, enthusiasm, and ideas of our entire community are represented in this discussion. We hope through the Thoughtexchange process that we are able to make this a collaborative effort between parents, community members, students, and our district staff.

Thank you so much for your participation!  Spread the word!

Many Thanks to all the exceptional people at Thoughtexchange for making this exciting venture possible!
